Pentatonix Nabs Second No. 1 Album on Billboard 200 With 'A Pentatonix Christmas'

The fourth studio album by the a cappella group is also the first holiday album to land at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in five years.

AceShowbiz - Pentatonix scores their second No. 1 album on Billboard 200 with their fourth studio album "A Pentatonix Christmas". The record has 206,000 total copies sold this week, including 185,000 in traditional album sales, according to Nielsen Music.

"A Pentatonix Christmas" also become the first holiday album to land at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in five years, since Michael Buble's "Christmas". It also earns the largest sales week for a holiday album in two years, since Pentatonix's previous holiday record "That's Christmas to Me".

At No. 2 on this week's Billboard 200 is Bruno Mars' "24K Magic", which rises to No. 2 with 114,000 units. The Weeknd's "Starboy", meanwhile, remains at No. 3 with 101,000 units.

Last week's No. 1 "4 Your Eyez Only" by J. Cole dips to No. 4 with 90,000 units, while Pentatonix's "That's Christmas to Me" holds at No. 5 with 78,000 units.

Rounding out the new top 10 are Garth Brooks' "The Ultimate Collection", that jumps to No. 6 with 64,000 units, the "Hamilton" soundtrack, which stays at No. 7 with 58,000 units, Metallica's "Hardwired...To Self-Destruct", which ascends to No. 8 with 53,000 units, The Rolling Stones' "Blue & Lonesome", which rises to No. 9 with 52,000 units, and the "Moana" soundtrack, that descends to No. 10 with 51,000 units.
