James Franco channeled Beyonce Knowles while strolling the streets of Los Angeles. On Wednesday, December 21, the "Spider-Man" actor was photographed dressing in a ruffled yellow dress that was similar to Bey's ensemble in her "Hold Up" music video off her "Lemonade" album.
In a photo posted by a Beyhive on Instagram, he imitated the 35-year-old singer's style, completing his look with a wavy wig. He donned a headband around his head. The only part missing from his ensemble was a baseball bat like the one Bey used to destroy everything in her music video.
It's unclear why exactly Franco dressed like that. But according to the caption of the image, the Oscar-nominated actor was filming some scenes for his upcoming project which required him to sport the particular outfit.
It's not the first time Franco dressed as a famous singer/artist. Well known for his portrayal of RiFF RaFF-inspired character named Alien in "Spring Breakers", the 38-year-old channeled his inner RiFF RaFF again last month while appearing in the rapper's "Only in America" music video.
