The 'Allied' actor enjoyed a 'mellow dinner' with his 'old' friends on Sunday, December 18, according to a source.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt turned 53 on Sunday, December 18. Amid his ongoing divorce and custody battle against Angelina Jolie, the "Allied" actor reportedly celebrated his birthday with a low-key dinner attended by his "old" friends.
An insider reveals, "Brad Pitt spent his birthday enjoying a mellow dinner in with a few close, old friends. Brad has been working hard on maintaining a low-profile and his plan is to stay out of the spotlight until his divorce and custody issues are finalized. He was not interested in celebrating his birthday out at any hot restaurants."
"Brad will not be doing anything that will interfere with his custody battle and does not want it to look like he is busy dating or partying," the insider tells HollywoodLife.com, "His primary focus right now is working on himself and working on rebuilding his relationship with his kids."
Sadly, Brad didn't get a chance to meet his six children on his special day as Angie and their daughter Shiloh were spotted heading to Samy's Camera in Los Angeles for some shopping that day.
"Shiloh is very interested in photography, and Angelina asked to look at some of the vintage cameras," an eyewitness reveals to Us Weekly, "Angelina inspected the cameras from many different angles and was asking questions. Shiloh was listening intently and paying close attention."
"Angelina told Shiloh she would love to get her the camera and asked her, 'Are you satisfied?' She told Shiloh it even had black and white, which was a nice added feature. Shiloh nodded her head but didn't talk much. She really listened to Angelina and deferred to her on everything. Angelina purchased the camera and they stayed for about 10 minutes and then left with a driver," adds the eyewitness.
