Blac Chyna is going to be a Kardashian soon anyway. Despite a legal battle with the Kardashian sisters, who are blocking her from trademarking the name "Angela Renee Kardashian," the model is still planning to marry her fiance Rob Kardashian and they have even set a wedding date.

Her business attorney Walter Mosley made the revelation as he responded to speculations that Chyna's latest drama with Rob's sisters would prevent her from marrying her baby daddy. "They're getting married! [And] there's a date," Mosley said to Us Weekly. He, however, refused to give more details, saying he's "not at liberty" to do so.

While the exact date is still kept under tight wraps, a source told the same publication that Chyna and Rob would likely tie the knot next summer. "They are planning on getting married next summer but haven't planned anything else," the source shared. "They want to work it out with E! for another season of the show first."

Chyna has been entangled in another drama with the Kardashians as she's seeking to trademark her name. Lawyers for the famous family stated that the sisters' brands would "suffer irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill" if they allowed Chyna to change her last name to Kardashian.
