AceShowbiz - The first trailer has been unleashed for a new drama movie "The Last Face". It gives a sneak peek at Charlize Theron and Javier Bardem as an onscreen couple. They fall in love while trying to help the victims of a country torn by conflict.
Bardem plays a relief-aid doctor named Dr. Miguel Leon and Theron is Dr. Wren Petersen, the director of an international aid organization. Set against the devastating backdrop of Liberia, the pair must find a way to keep their relationship alive in extraordinarily difficult conditions battling their mutual passion for the value of life matched by the intensity of their diametrically opposed opinions on how best to solve the conflict that surrounds them.
The movie was directed by Sean Penn and was filmed when he was still dating Theron. Supported by Adele Exarchopoulos, Jared Harris and Jean Reno, it premiered at the Cannes International Film Festival earlier this year.
