AceShowbiz - A new clip of "Passengers (2016)" has arrived. Making its way out online via Entertainment Weekly, the breathtaking video sees Jennifer Lawrence's Aurora who goes for a swim in her white sheer netting swimsuit in the spaceship's pool, before a malfunction causes the artificial gravity to be turned off.

After losing gravity while swimming, a panicked Aurora furiously tries to swim to the surface. But right after she manages to breathe in some air, a large amount of water is coming from the other direction and hits her.

"Passengers" follows a spacecraft transporting thousands of people to a distant colony planet that has a malfunction in one of its sleep chambers. As a result, a single passenger is awakened 90 years before anyone else. Faced with the prospect of growing old and dying alone, he eventually decides to wake up a second passenger, marking the beginning of what becomes a unique love story.

Directed by Morten Tyldums from a screenplay by Jon Spaiths, the sci-fi flick is coming to U.S. theaters on December 21. Starring opposite Lawrence is Chris Pratt, who plays Jim. Other cast members include Michael Sheen, Laurence Fishburne, Aurora Perrineau and Kimberly Battista.
