The 'Allied' actor has gotten a huge advantage in his custody battle against Jolie as he has been cleared of abuse claims by the DCFS.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt has been cleared of child abuse allegations amid his divorce and custody war against Angelina Jolie. The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services concluded on Wednesday, November 9 that the child abuse investigation would be closed.
The investigation was initially underway due to an incident involving Pitt and his eldest son Maddox on a private airplane back in September. The DCFS found that the "Fury" actor did not commit any child abuse during the incident. The DCFS also ruled out any reports of a repeated pattern of misconduct on Pitt's part.
Pitt, Jolie and their six children were interviewed during the investigation and everyone cooperated. No further action will be taken.
While Jolie is seeking for sole physical custody of her six kids, according to TMZ, the judges favor Pitt's request for a joint custody.
Pitt is set to make his first red carpet appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of "Allied" on Wednesday evening.
