Synopsis for the seventh episode of the show's season 2 reveals that the Superman villain is coming to National City.

AceShowbiz - Kara may need the help of her cousin Kal-El again later this season on "Supergirl". The official synopsis for the seventh episode of season 2 titled "The Darkest Place" has been released, revealing that Cyborg Superman is heading to National City.
"While Guardian (Mehcad Brooks) tries to clear his name after being accused of a murder committed by another vigilante, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) heads out on a solo mission to rescue Mon-El (Chris Wood) who has been captured by CADMUS," so reads the synopsis. "While fighting to free Mon-El, Supergirl comes face to face with Cyborg Superman."
It's still unknown who will play Cyborg Superman. In the comics, Hank Henshaw is Cyborg Superman. But David Harewood's Hank is Martian Manhunter on the TV series. In the new reiteration, Cyborg Superman is the alter ego of Kara's adoptive father Jeremiah Danvers.
Former Superman Dean Cain plays Kara's father on the show. As we know, Jeremiah was abducted by Cadmus, who experimented on him, so it's possible that he may turn into this DC Comics villain.
"The Darkest Place" is scheduled to air November 21.
