Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's house in New Orleans' French Quarter has been sold amid their divorce. Purchased by the estranged couple in 2007 for $3.5 million in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, the property now changes hands for $4.9 million.
The three-story, 1830s-era mansion in NOLA's Lower 9th Ward neighborhood has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two half-baths. "It sold for a very fair price. It's a good deal for both parties. They're happy with the outcome," the listing agent said.
It's not the only house Pitt and Jolie are putting on the market after their messy separation. The couple is also selling their Chateau Miraval mansion and vineyards in France. They bought the property in 2012 for a whooping $60 million and tied the knot there in 2014.
