The world will never see a picture of a DJ allegedly groping Taylor Swift, at least until the case goes to trial. The country-turned-pop superstar recently asked a judge to seal the photo that apparently showed DJ David Mueller grabbing her at bum at a 2013 concert, and the judge has now agreed to her request. According to TMZ, the judge ruled, "The widespread dissemination of this image might significantly complicate jury selection."

Taylor previously said in legal documents that the pic would "be shared for scandalous and prurient interests." She argued that the release of the photo would influence a jury pool, saying that "the interest in a fair and impartial trial outweigh any public interest in access to the documents identified above." She additionally claimed that the photo was "extremely personal and sensitive."

The 26-year-old singer also asked to restrict access to other evidence, but the judge denied the request, reasoning that the other stuff is "entirely ordinary and mundane."

David, who insists that he didn't grope Taylor, sued the "Blank Space" hitmaker, saying he was fired after the singer made the accusation against him. Taylor later contersued, claiming that David really did grope her.
