The suspended 'Today' show host confirms negotiations to resolve his differences with the Peacock but insists that no number has been discussed.

AceShowbiz - Billy Bush is not getting $10 million from his settlement with NBC. The anchor is suspended from "Today" show after his lewd chat with Donald Trump was exposed. He is now in the midst of negotiations with the Peacock for a win-win solution.
The former Access Hollywood star is rumored to leave NBC as part of the multimillion dollar settlement, but his lawyer Marshall Grossman quickly sets the record straight, "There's no $10 million settlement and that number has not even been discussed."
"The parties are negotiating a resolution of their differences at their highest level, and I am personally optimistic that the matter will be resolved upon terms satisfactory to both parties," the lawyer says to The Hollywood Reporter.
The lawyer also defends his client for playing along when Trump bragged about grabbing women "by the p***y." He reasons, "If Billy had been passive or responded 'Shut the f*** up' to Trump, Billy would have been out of a job the next day."
