Even Supreme Court Justice Thinks Kim Kardashian Robbery Is Fake

AceShowbiz - Poor Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star was left shaken and traumatized after getting robbed at gunpoint in her apartment in Paris earlier this week. While a lot of her fans have expressed concern, many others doubt that the scary incident really happened.

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is one of those people who think Kardashian faked the robbery. The 78-year-old threw major shade at the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star during the oral arguments of case involving a California man who drained another man's bank account and said he didn't commit bank fraud because the bank was insured and didn't lose money.

"Even Kardashian's thief, if there is one, believes that all that jewelry is insured," Justice Breyer said. "Indeed over-insured. So it's not theft?"

When the argument moved on to a debate about the nature of fraud, Breyer once again mentioned Kardashian. "I'm asking you," the justice said. "If the local person comes to the door and says, dear Miss Kardashian, I am your local jewelry cleaner. Please give me your jewelry. She does. And that's not fraud."

"He wanted to get the jewelry... He also believed that the friend had just loaned it for the evening, that she's triple insured, that she won't even lose any money because the publicity will be worth it," he added.

Kardashian lost about $10 million in jewelry during the burglary that happened on early Monday morning, October 3. There have been multiple theories suggesting that she made up the robbery claim for publicity stunt or for insurance scam.

Vitalii Sediuk, who made headlines for trying to attack Kardashian upon her arrival in the French capital last week, is another person believing that the 35-year-old beauty lied about the burglary. "Very often celebrities are given jewelleries that cost millions of dollars to wear them on the red carpet for advertisement. And sometimes celebrities orchestra 'robbery' themselves not to return these jewelleries to the store," the Ukrainian prankster said in an Instagram post.

"I'm not saying anything as police should finish full investigation. But I'm pointing out that this scenario is possible and should be considered by French authorities as well," he continued. "P.s. I heard Kanye West was in debts.. #kimkardashian #robbery."
