Miley Cyrus Stirs the Pot in First Trailer for Woody Allen's 'Crisis in Six Scenes'

Woody's character complains about his hippie granddaughter behind her back while she has no qualm about telling it to his face.

AceShowbiz - The first trailer for Woody Allen's Amazon series "Crisis in Six Scenes" starring Miley Cyrus have landed online for viewing pleasure. Miley plays Woody's hippie granddaughter. She hands out weed and clashes with him. "All she does is criticize me and eat my navel oranges," he confides in another relative. Meanwhile, she tells him, "I don't dislike you, it's just everything that you stand for."

The six half-hour episode comedy show will take place in the 1960s during the turbulent times in the United States. The Amazon show will revolve around a middle class suburban family who is visited by a guest who turns their household completely upside down.

Directed, written and led by Woody Allen, the series will premiere on September 30. It's also supported by the likes of Elaine May, John Magaro, Rachel Brosnahan, Michael Rapaport, Becky Ann Baker, Margaret Ladd, Joy Behar, Rebecca Schull, David Harbour and Christine Ebersole.
