Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski are one step closer to walking down the aisle. Us Weekly can confirm that the 30-year-old actress is now engaged to her beau, whom she began dating earlier this year.
"Tommy and Amanda recently got engaged and shared the happy news with family and close friends," a source told the publication. It's unclear when exactly and how the pair got engaged, but the news came a week after Seyfried was spotted wearing a simple, thin band on her ring finger when walking her dog Finn in New York City.
Seyfried and Sadoski first met when working together on the 2015 play "The Way We Get By". The duo began dating early this year when reuniting to film "The Last Word".
This will be the first marriage for Seyfried, whose famous ex-boyfriends included Justin Long and her "Mamma Mia!" co-star Dominic Cooper. Sadoski, meanwhile, was previously married to Kimberly Hope for eight years. They split last year.
