More promos have been released for "American Horror Story" season 6, but instead of giving a hint at the theme, they'll only make you more confused. After showing alien abduction and living scarecrows in the previous teasers, one of the latest promos features the face of what looks like a mummy.

The second promo titled "bathtub" shows a faceless girl with very long hair. Another clip titled "Spider" features a spider crawling out of a woman's mouth. There's additionally another promo making its way out via EW that highlights an eyeball in a mouth.

FX CEO John Landgraf previously said at the TCA summer press tour that not all of the teasers gave the right clues about season 6's theme. "One is accurate; all the rest are misdirect," he said, "We decided, Ryan and I and [marketing president] Stephanie Gibbons, that it would be really fun this year... to keep it a mystery. There is a theme and a setting and a place and time, but we're not going to reveal it."

The new season will premiere September 14 at 10 P.M. ET on FX. Lady GaGa, Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson and Cheyenne Jackson are confirmed to return, but other details are still kept under wraps.
