Kim posts on Snapchat a video of the huge bouquet of flowers Chrissy sent her after the reality TV star announced on Twitter the death of her beloved BlackBerry Bold.

AceShowbiz - It's been a rough week for Kim Kardashian after her Blackberry Bold recently died and she couldn't find the same phone on eBay. Luckily, close friend Chrissy Teigen is here to comfort her and help her deal with the demise of her out-of-date device.

The Sports Illustrated model sent the reality TV show star a huge and gorgeous bouquet of flowers, which came along with a hilarious card that read, "I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved your BB. You were both very lucky to have each other and you will always have the memories. Xoxo Chrissy."

Kim showed off the gift from Chrissy on Snapchat, posting a video of it and commenting, "You guys, how thoughtful is Chrissy? She sent me this floral arrangement, she just gets me." When a fan noted that they needed a friend like Chrissy, Kim replied, "She really is the best!!! she understands my pain."

Previously on Wednesday, Kim took to Twitter to tell her followers in a string of posts that her last-ever BlackBerry Bold had died and revealed how much she loved the phone. "Sooo my blackberry bold died. I can't find anymore on ebay. I knew this day would come & to be honest I'm prepared. But the question is.... Do I try a different kind of blackberry? Or ditch it all together? Or a different phone like Samsung?" she tweeted at the time.

She went on explaining why she needed two phones. "Because I love having 2 different phone services so I always have a working phone," she shared. "Or another option is having 2 iPhones. I really want my blackberry bold though. Reality is starting to set in & I'm getting sad."

Chrissy isn't the only one who understands the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star. BlackBerry has responded to her tweets and according to TMZ, they will send her their "most secure Android smartphone" to replace her broken BlackBerry Bold.
