AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is reportedly taking legal action to prevent the member of her girl squad from talking negative things about her. The rumor comes after Hailee Steinfeld revealed in an interview with Seventeen, "I think people think [Taylor and I] spend a lot more time together than we actually do!"
According to The National Enquirer, Taylor is taking measures to "protect her image" amid feud with Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris. A source claims, "Taylor had lawyers draw up a contract she's pushing friends to sign. It stipulates they can't say anything negative about her publicly, or they'll be fined $25,000 for each offense."
"They'll also be forced to make a public apology for maligning her," the source continues, "Everyone's balking, especially Taylor's high-powered friends like Selena Gomez."
While Taylor's rep hasn't commented on the report yet, a source close to the "Bad Blood" hitmaker tells Gossip Cop that the story is simply "not true."
