It has been known that Tyler Hoechlin's Clark Kent a.k.a. Superman is set to visit his cousin Kara (Melissa Benoist) in National City, but new set photos reveal that "Supergirl" is also heading to Metropolis. New photos taken from the set in Vancouver show the filming of scenes set in the home of the Man of Steel.

Onlookers shared on Twitter pictures of a Metropolis Police car and a Metropolis medical response vehicle. Signs of Luthor Corp, the company owned by Superman's nemesis Lex Luthor, are also seen all over the city.

On Wednesday, August 3, Benoist and Hoechlin were also spotted filming scenes together. They looked chummy as as they were smiling during break of the shooting. Meanwhile, a stunt double was dressed in Superman costume to film a flying scene at George Wainborn Park.

The new Superman will make his debut in the first two episodes of "Supergirl" season 2, which will kick off Monday, October 10 at 8 P.M. on The CW. There will be tension when the two meet as executive producer Sarah Schechter previously teased, "Clark has a very different experience of what it means to have super powers on earth. There's some head-butting and philosophical approaches that are different. Well get into that."
