Sandra Bullock and Bryan Randall have been dating for a year and he reportedly is ready to take their relationship to the next level, but she apparently doesn't feel the same. The photographer recently planned a trip during which he was going to propose to her, but the actress ruined the plan.

According to In Touch magazine, Bryan was going to take the Oscar-winning actress on a surprise trip to New Orleans and he already had a ring from Tiffany's that he would give her after a romantic dinner date. But Sandra allegedly showed hesitation, forcing her boyfriend to call off the trip.

"She went into a nervous panic and said she didn't know if she was ready yet," said a source. However, she then had a change of heart and a day later she apologized and "they set up the trip again," the source added. "Sandra wants to make it official."

So, have they got engaged now? The magazine didn't reveal if the couple has gone on the trip or not and whether Sandra said yes or no.

Back in May, it was reported that "Sandra is crazy about Bryan and wants to marry him by summer." A so-called family insider told RadarOnline.com that Sandra "believes [Bryan]'d make a great dad to her kids."
