Ansel Elgort is expanding his music career as a singer. Following the success of his DJ career as Ansolo, the star of "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" announces his debut vocal single titled "Home Alone".
Ansel took to Instagram on Monday, July 4 to share a video of him covering Shawn Mendes' new song "Treat You Better". He captioned it, "My take of Shawn Mendes - 'Treat You Better' Wanted to make an emotional piano version with some new chords :) In other news I'm putting 'Home Alone' up on soundcloud next week with a official release later this month."
On Tuesday, July 5, Ansel thanked fans for their support on his "Treat You Better" cover. "Everyone still posting about the cover I appreciate it I'm in my mentions now following people who are posting about it :)," he wrote.

Ansel gave Korean fans a first listen to "Home Alone" during his performance in June.
Ansel debuted his first single "To Life" under his DJ alter-ego Ansolo in September 2015. Featuring the group Too Many Zooz and the phrase "L'Chaim" (which means "to life" in Hebrew) throughout, the track is perfect for Bar Mitzvahs, clubs and EDM festivals.
