The crowd got very rowdy at Kenny Chesney's concert Saturday night, July 2 at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh ahead of the Fourth of July weekend. Over two dozens of people were taken to hospital and a handful others were arrested in and around the country music concert that allegedly attracted about 40,000 fans.

According to public safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler, 57 emergency medical transports were requested by 9 P.M. on Saturday and at least 25 people were treated at hospital for intoxication or intoxication-related injuries. Meanwhile, 99 people were reportedly treated by paramedics at the concert venue for dehydration or intoxication.

According to police reports, at least 7 people were arrested that night. They were taken into custody on charges including trespassing, ticket robbery, simple assault and public intoxication. Several dozen concertgoers were also cited for underage drinking while one officer injured his thumb while trying to break up a fight.

Back in 2013, a Kenny Chensey concert also made national headlines after 73 people were arrested and tons of trash was left by patrons.
