The Spears are making a comeback to the music scene. Before Britney Spears drops her highly-anticipated new music later this summer, her sister Jamie Lynn Spears premiered her own brand new single "Sleepover" on Friday, June 24.

Co-written by Spears along with Taylor Swift's songwriter Liz Rose as well as Tina Parol and Corey Crowder, the slow-tempo country jam finds the former Nickelodeon star singing about being in an old-fashioned relationship and taking it real slow.

Explaining the song in a chat with Cosmopolitan, Spears said that " 'Sleepover' has really set the tone for my next chapter as an artist." She continued, "Sometimes I forget that I'm only 25 years old so I wanted to embrace that. We as women can be mothers and wives, but we can still be confident, sexy and flirty. 'Sleepover' really helped me understand that side of me more."

Spears has been keeping her personal life very private since she became pregnant at the age of 16 years ago. She's now ready to open up about the pregnancy, her family and her country music career in the TLC documentary "Jamie Lynn Spears: When the Lights Go Out" which premieres this Sunday, June 26 at 10 P.M. ET.
