Kelly Clarkson is going to make a "big announcement" this Friday, June 24 and she's doing a mini concert for Facebook Live each day this week to build the anticipation. She started the whole thing on Monday, June 20 with a cover of Otis Redding's "These Arms of Mine" from the "Dirty Dancing" soundtrack, and then treated fans to her take on "I Want to Know What Love Is" on Tuesday.

Holding the show at her house, Clarkson was once again accompanied by her pianist Jason Halbert who sat at the grand piano behind her. The first-ever "American Idol" winner showed off her golden pipes as she emotionally belted out the Foreigner hit.

During the Facebook Live session, she also did a Q&A segment in which she discussed motherhood and addressed the Orlando shooting which took place at gay nightclub Pulse and left 49 people dead.

"There's not anything you can say... it's the worst thing ever," she said. "It was such a horrifying thing that happened... the only thing we can do is love out of such a hateful situation."

Clarkson's big announcement remains a mystery, but it's been revealed that she wouldn't be announcing a tour, a third pregnancy or a sequel to 2003's "From Justin to Kelly". She has also said that the four songs she'll perform this week have something in common and will collectively serve as one big hint.
