Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's court hearing for her restraining order against him has been postponed. The hearing was originally scheduled for Friday morning, June 17. A conference has been set for a later date, as well as two future court dates in mid-August.

According to a source, it was Johnny's attorney Laura Wasser's "request to continue the domestic violence restraining order hearing." The source adds, "Wasser gets one request for a continuance and she requested it so therefore the hearing will be continued postponed. The Temporary Restraining Order has been reissued and will remain in place [until the next court hearing.]"

Despite reports that Amber has been avoiding giving a deposition with Johnny's lawyers, the source tells E! News that the claims "are untrue." The source says, "[Amber] wants to go to court" but that both times Johnny's attorneys didn't "follow the appropriate court protocol" when they requested to depose her.

The case will now be heard on August 2, 15 and 16.

According to TMZ, Johnny and Amber will discuss a mutual agreement in which both agree to stay clear of each other. Sources tell the site that the exes will settle all matters involving their divorce, including property settlement and spousal support.

Amber previously requested for $50k a month in spousal support. According to the sources, Johnny might be agreeable to pay her for a period of time, possibly around 8 months.
