Liam Hemsworth and brother Chris Hemsworth fought too when they were kids. But unlike most other siblings, they used dangerous weapons in the past and one of them could've got killed, or at least got severely injured, because of it.

While appearing in the latest episode of "The Graham Norton Show", Liam recalled what it was like growing up in Australia with Chris, and made a shocking revelation that he once threw a knife at his brother's head when they were having a fight in the kitchen.

Likening their childhood rivalry to "The Hunger Games", Liam said things could get "a bit vicious" when they were kids. He shared that he never had any problem with Luke Hemsworth because "he was so much older and I didn't mess with him," but he argued a lot with Chris and had to use weapons to fight him.

"We had a few incidents with weapons," he admitted. "With Chris, we were very like-minded, very stubborn and would often get into arguments and because I was so much younger and smaller, I had to use weapons to fight."

"One day when I was about five we had a fight in the kitchen about using the toaster or something, and I picked up a kitchen knife and threw it at his head and the handle hit him in the forehead," Liam recalled. "I could have hit him with the other end if I'd wanted to. It was just a warning shot!"

The fighting between the Hemsworth brothers is fortunately much more tame these days. However, don't expect to see them in a movie or TV show together anytime soon, because they tried it years ago and it didn't go really well. "I did a TV show about 10 years ago with Luke and he came in for a day's work," Liam said. "All the cameras were on me and Luke was trying to distract me all the time - brotherly love!"
