Not even Beyonce Knowles can beat Mother Nature as severe weather once again forced her to delay her concert. Thousands attending her Monday, May 23 show at the TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota were told to leave their seats inside the open-air venue before the singer started her set.
Bey was scheduled to take the stage at 08:30 P.M., but law enforcement and the staff decided to evacuate the stadium at 08:15 P.M because of the approaching lightning. Concertgoers were asked to move to either the TCF Bank Stadium concourse or to Mariucci and Williams Arena.
Because of imminent severe weather, we are now evacuating TCF Bank Stadium. Please proceed to the concourse or to Mariucci & Williams Arena.

Fortunately, the concert didn't get canceled. After a 45-minute delay, fans were told to return to their seats "in a calm and orderly fashion." "I am so honored to be here tonight. Thanks for riding with me through the storm," Bey reportedly told the crowd once she appeared onstage.

This isn't Beyonce's first time to have postponed a show on her ongoing "Formation" tour due to storm. Earlier this month, she halted her show in Raleigh, North Carolina for similar reason.
