"Baywatch" has wrapped its production. Paramount Pictures shares first official image showing the entire lifeguard team, including Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Zac Efron, Kelly Rohrbach, Alexandra Daddario, Ilfenesh Hadera and Jon Bass, on the beach.
The Rock posts on Instagram the same picture but it's made to look like a postcard with fun cursive writing saying, "Greetings from Baywatch. See you all next summer." The actor writes alongside the snap, "That's an official wrap! Holy s**t we had a blast pushing the rated R envelope. Hilarious, bad ass and highly dysfunctional 'Avenger's of the beach' come home."
The Rock stars in the R-rated adaptation of the 1989 series as Mitch Buchannon, a dedicated lifeguard who finds himself facing off against cocky newcomer Matt Brody (Zac). The duo later discover a nefarious criminal conspiracy that threatens the beach.
"Baywatch" also stars Priyanka Chopra, Hannibal Buress, Charlotte McKinney, as well as original stars David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson. Directed by Seth Gordon, the movie is set to hit U.S. theaters on May 19, 2017.
