Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are no longer a couple. The "Scream Queens" star has broken up with her longtime boyfriend for the second time, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly.

The site suggests that the split was amicable and the two remain friends. As previously reported, the pair got engaged on Christmas 2013, but they called off their engagement in June last year. They later rekindled their romance in August.

The 25-year-old actress and the "American Horror Story" star met while filming "Adult World" and started dating in 2012. Emma said that many people thought she dated Evan while working together, but she actually didn't. However, she admitted that it was her who flirted with him first, and they later hooked up.

"Everyone thought we dated on the movie and we didn't, not for a long time," Emma said back in 2014. "I actually, on the set, was like, 'Oh yeah, we're totally gonna date.' And I would try to, like, flirt with him, which ended up looking like I had something in my eye because I'd be like, 'Hey, what's up?' And he literally didn't speak to me the entire movie. He thought I was so weird."
