Justin Bieber was celebrating his father Jeremy's engagement to fiancee Chelsea Rebelo but he was not smiling. The "What Do You Mean?" singer failed to show a happy face in several published pictures from the party, which took place in Toronto, Canada on Saturday, April 30.

Bieber, who was fresh from shaving his dreadlocks off, was dressed in ripped jeans and buttoned up shirt. He posed with his dad who wasn't exactly cracking a smile either. Despite the presence of people in superhero costumes, the singer did not appear to be amused. He chose to excite himself by petting a chained tiger.

The engagement party took place during Private VIP Art Show and Nyotaimori Celebrating Life Love And Art held at the Private Residence of Dr. Rita Kilislian and Andy Curnew. The outdoor affair continued inside the building where Bieber sat behind a grand piano and played "Hotline Bling". He also danced while being surrounded by several women.
