Nick Carter is a proud father! the Backstreet Boys singer took to Instagram on Friday, April 29 to share the first picture of his first son, Odin Reign Carter. Nick and his wife welcomed Odin together on April 19.
"I just love how peaceful he is. Daddy will be home soon Odin. #babies #love #family," the "I Want It That Way" singer wrote alongside a photo of Odin being cradled by someone, possibly his mother. The baby's left arm was placed near his ear.
Odin arrived after 30 hours of labor during a water birth at home. Earlier this month, Nick and Lauren had a "Game of Thrones"-themed baby shower. The "Everybody" crooner previously explained of the meaning behind the name he picked for his then-unborn child. "It's a very strong name. We can't say the name yet. I've been instructed by my wife to keep it under wraps, but we have a name."
Earlier in the day, Nick shared a photo of him on the set of his latest movie "Dead7". The movie is coming to SyFy Brazil on May 7. "Brazil!! #Dead7 is coming to Syfy Brasil on May 7th at 9pm! Don't miss it #Dead7NoSyfy," he captioned it.
