Movie

'One Life to Live' star Laura Harrier lands a 'significant' role, while 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' actor Tony Revolori will play Peter Parker's school mate.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" is welcoming two additional cast members. Laura Harrier who played Destiny Evans on "One Life to Live" and Tony Revolori who starred opposite Ralph Fiennes in "The Grand Budapest Hotel" have landed roles in the new Spider-Man reboot.

TheWrap broke the news of Harrier's involvement. Her role is currently unknown, but is said to be "significant." As for Revolori, Deadline reported that he would play Peter Parker's nemesis/enemy at high school, but he's not a main villain.

Tom Holland stars as the webslinger, while Marisa Tomei is cast as Peter's Aunt May. Zendaya Coleman will play a non-comicbook character named "Michelle", and Michael Keaton is in talks to be the villain.

"Homecoming" will follow Peter as he "is trying to find out who he is and where he belongs in this world," said Holland at CinemaCon earlier this week. Production will begin this summer with Jon Watts serving behind the lens. Sony eyes a July 7, 2017 release for the movie.
