The 'All I Want for Christmas Is You' hitmaker shuts down rumors that her staff members are quitting because of her 'toxic' new manager.

AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey has broken her silence over a rumor that her loyal staff members are quitting because of her "toxic" new manager Stella Bulochnikov. The "All I Want for Christmas Is You" hitmaker tells TMZ that she couldn't be happier about the changes.
"I dismissed a majority of my team because I discovered that they didn't have my best interests at heart," Mariah says, "My new team, including manager Stella Bulochnikov are the top of the line in the entertainment business and more importantly in my life and I am now much more financially successful and more organized than in the past."
One of Mariah's reps says they now have procedures in place to make sure everyone on the team puts the diva's interests ahead of their own. Mariah is reportedly digging the new system, saying she's loving shooting her musical documentary while touring Europe.
"My fiance James Packer just came to visit me in Denmark," the "Heartbreaker" singer adds, "And he had no problem being on camera for the show with me...and we had a great time."
Page Six previously reported that some of Mariah's longtime employees resigned from their position after clashing with Stella over the singer's new reality show. According to sources, business manager Michael Kane, international publicist Connie Filippello, domestic publicist Chris Chambers, tour manager Michael Richardson, travel manager Gaylin Winkler and stylist Wilfredo Rosado, who designed Mariah's engagement ring, have quit.
"It seems as if Mariah has allowed a complete stranger, her new manager, to run her life, and others believe this woman is toxic. Seasoned executives in their profession don't want to put up with her," a source claimed, "Stella is hard to work with. Mariah doesn't understand what's going on because Stella paints a different picture, so Mariah probably thinks it's petty disagreements. These are not just random people who have left her. These are loyal people who have been around for years, some 20."
The source added, "Stella has been using the TV platform to bad-mouth former people on the team on camera ... She's turning it into a reality show. She's creating scenarios, and it's not all about the shows in Vegas as she's claimed. The show will definitely be trashy because it's full of lies." According to the source, Stella also "hasn't paid people, and they are threatening lawsuits."
