Here's the first look at Alexandra Daddario in "Baywatch" movie. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson took to his Instagram on Wednesday, March 9 to post a picture of him and his co-star, who looks hot in a two-piece swimsuit
The wrestler-turned-actor wrote in the caption, "She takes #BAYWATCH to another level.. World fell in love with @alexannadaddario in #SanAndreas and I was so impressed by her chops and presence every day, that I had to have her 'rep the squad' in our film. Johnson and Daddario previously starred in disaster film "San Andreas" (2015) as a father and daughter. The 29-year-old beauty takes the role of Summer Quinn, who was originally portrayed by Nicole Eggert on the TV series.
Johnson plays Mitch Buchannon, while the original Mitch depicter, David Hasselhoff, is set to make an appearance. Zac Efron, Kelly Rohrbach and Priyanka Chopra are also starring in the flick, which is currently in production.
The story will center on the leader (Johnson) of an elite group of lifeguards, who is forced to team up with a young former Olympian (Efron) in order to save the beloved bay. Seth Gordon is directing with the script provided by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift. The movie is scheduled for a May 19, 2017 release in the U.S.
