While in the middle of her show during her 80-city nationwide "Like a Boss" tour , Kathy Griffin shocked a lot of people in front of her with a statement about Leonardo DiCaprio. She called "The Revenant" actor a "man s**t," but don't worry, she was just kidding.

Kathy was aboard Carnival Cruise Line to entertain 850 guests when she made the joke. In the middle of her show, she talked about her recent celebrity run-in. The 55-year-old stand-up comic, who most recently encountered Leo at the Directors Guild of America Awards, said, "Well, I may or may not have called Leonardo DiCaprio a 'man s**t,' but I need everyone to know that it was totally said from a place of love." She then laughed as she added, "Although it's true."

During her performance, Kathy also admitted that she once went naked to get paparazzi's attention before explaining how she confronted Sean Penn about his hair.

Before the show, the television host revealed it's better if there's no kid watching her show because her material was not appropriate for children. "I've done gay cruises before, but this one is different," she told PEOPLE. "There are actual heterosexual people on this cruise. So I always tailor my material to fit the crowd. There are families here, but I hope no children come to my show. I'll escort them out myself, because my material is definitely not appropriate for children!"
