The 'Sex and the City' star is campaigning against reckless drunk driving after a 'senseless' young girl plowed her car into the actress' front door.

Kim Cattrall had a scary incident that left her shaken. "A senseless 16 yr old driver plowed into my home Joy Riding @ 1am. People cld have been killed. U should b ashamed," she tweeted along with pictures that showed a white car smashed into her front door.

The former "Sex and the City" actress was home when the accident happened. "We're okay but shaken up. No one was hurt. That's most important but we need 2 address this behavior & educate teens," she explained to one of her online followers.
Among the concerned ones was Graham Norton who wrote, "WTF!!! That's nuts. So glad you are OK. G xx." The star said she was "on the mend" and was comforted by her cat. "This young girl could have killed herself, her friends, and me. Frightening...," she wrote to another fan, adding in another post that the incident had "shaken the whole neighborhood."

Cattrall let her devotees know that she "contacted M.A.D.D. I'd like 2 make this violating experience a cautionary tale 2 other teenagers." She tweeted a picture from the incident along with a note to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), "How can we prevent these violating assaults?" The organization replied, "So sorry to hear this. #DrunkDriving is an epidemic we must end. #NoMoreVictims DM us your email to see if we can help."
