Chelsea Handler shared her thought on Kanye West's recent Twitter rants. While talking to ET Canada in an interview airing on Monday, February 22, the 40-year-old comedian called the rapper "delusional" and "maniac."

"I've always thought he's a maniac, and he just sounds like more of one," Chelsea said. She later claimed that Kim Kardashian's husband was delusional. She said, "He's always been delusional. Why are people just..."

The former "Chelsea Lately" host paused for a moment before hinting that she wasn't surprised at all when she heard Kanye caused another controversy. "Yes, he's acted like this for years and now people are acting surprised that he's acting like this," Chelsea said.

The "My Horizontal Life" writer then shared her opinion about Kanye's tweets which claimed he had $53 million debt and asked Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to lend him $1 billion. "He's probably trying to be funny," Chelsea stated. "He thinks that's funny."

Chelsea went on mentioning Kanye's feud with Taylor Swift. "He did this to Taylor Swift five or six years ago," Chelsea said, referring to Kanye's decision to interrupt the singer's acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV VMAs. "He went up and stole her award. And no one thought he was nuts then? He's unstable and he's delusional. And now he'll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody, even though he's been in this state for years."
