Rozay raps about being 'half-naked in the GQ magazine' and 'living like he's Biggie Smalls' on his own version of 'Famous'.

Rick Ross jumped on the remix of Kanye West's "Famous" months after dropping his "Renzel Remixes" tape. The Maybach Music Group leader dropped over the weekend his take on the controversial song that features guest vocals from Rihanna.

Rozay's version opens with the hook sung by RiRi and the first verse by West from the original. He entirely removes the second verse and replaces it with his own lines, in which he raps about being "half naked in the GQ magazine" and "living like he's Biggie Smalls," over the Nina Simone and Sister Nancy-inspired beat produced by Swizz Beatz.

"Famous" appears on West's latest album, "The Life of Pablo". The track caused quite a stir following its debut at the rapper's Yeezy 3 Fashion Show back on February 11 due to its offensive lyrics about Taylor Swift. "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that b***h famous," he raps at one point.

Though he said the song had received stamp of approval from Swift herself, the 26-year-old superstar's rep said Swift was never made aware of the actual lyrics and she even warned 'Ye about writing misogynistic lines. The "Bad Blood" hitmaker hasn't directly responded to West's diss, but she seemed to throw shade at him when accepting the Album of the Year Award at the 2016 Grammys a few days ago.
