While "Fifty Shades Darker" has begun its production, casting for the second "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel continues. The third movie in the franchise has found an actor to portray Christian Grey's loyal bodyguard Luke Sawyer.

"Pretty Little Liars" star Brant Daugherty has joined "Fifty Shades Freed" which brings back Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson in the key roles. In the book written by E.L. James, Sawyer is not a big character but he is put in charge of Ana's safety by Christian.

James was the first to announce Daugherty's casting on Twitter. "Thanks for the warm welcome," Daugherty tweeted back. "I can't say how excited I am to bring Sawyer to life." He also wrote on Instagram, "Can't wait for you all to see what we have in store..."

The last installment of the trilogy, would follow Ana's adjustment to not only her married life but also to her new husband's wealthy lifestyle and controlling nature. Arielle Kebbell was recently cast as Gia Matteo while Bella Heathcote, Eric Johnson and Kim Basinger will play Leila Williams, Jack Hyde, and Elena Lincoln respectively.

James Foley is directing the film from a script penned by James' husband Niall Leonard. The film will be released in theaters February 9, 2018 while "Fifty Shades Darker" hits the screen February 10, 2017. "Darker" has begun its production and would be shot back-to-back with the third movie.
