Morena Baccarin says she has a high-risk pregnancy as her March due date is coming closer. The "Homeland" alum reveals her condition in legal papers asking to have her deposition in her messy divorce with estranged husband Austin Chick delayed.

"I am now almost eight months pregnant, and I continue to have a high risk pregnancy," the pregnant star says. She requests to have the divorce proceedings resume 30 days after the birth of her child, barring any medical complications for her or the baby.

"My physician ... has advised me to have as much bed rest as possible and limited activities," she reasons. "She further advised that sitting (as to answering questions) for deposition, regardless of the length of time, is unduly and unnecessarily stressful to me at this time. Such stress will affect my personal well-being and potentially cause harm to the health of my unborn child."

Morena Baccarin is currently expecting a baby with her "Gotham" co-star Benjamin McKenzie. Austin Chick accused the "Deadpool" actress of having affair while they're still together while she insisted they had been separated when she's with McKenzie. The actress has a 2-year-old son with her husband.
