AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is reportedly ready to make her first public appearance since giving birth to son Saint West two months ago. The mother of two will attend husband Kanye West's New York Fashion Week Show on Thursday, February 11 at Madison Square Garden.
"She will be wearing something from Kanye's new collection," an insider said. The insider also noted that Kim played a big role in Kanye's fashion career. "A lot of Kanye's ideas are inspired by Kim. He designs for Kim," the source added. The Yeezy designer will be showing off his Season 3 collection at the event.
On Tuesday, February 9, Kim was spotted with her newborn son and daughter North as they got into a private jet which took them to the Big Apple. The 35-year-old TV personality was seen wearing a furry black coat atop a black top and leggings. She was joined by Caitlyn Jenner.
Though the NYC fashion show will be her first public appearance, Kim clarified that she had not been hiding, despite report. She took to Twitter to set the record straight, claiming that she's not "in a self imposed diet exile."
"So I'm reading The Daily Mail, which I love btw but this headline isn't cool. 'Kim emerges from self imposed diet exile' REALLY?!" the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wrote. "Isn't it just called maternity leave? If coming to NYC support my husband & have so enjoyed my time at home with my babies & family. Certainly not in a self imposed diet exile. Thats didic!"
Kim also said that while she had not yet made any red carpet appearance, she did go out and hang around with her little ones. "I've brought my babies over friends/fam houses, parks & restaurants but because a picture wasn't taken it didn't happen & I'm in exile? smh," she wrote.
