Strange is described as "a brilliant professor and psychiatrist tapped to head up Gotham City's notorious Arkham Asylum. He's hired to help the city's criminally insane, but Strange has a nefarious streak as well. The professor is also conducting experiments on inmates and testing extraordinary abilities in order to create superhuman folks for Indian Hill."

This doesn't sound good for Oswald "Penguin" Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) who will become a new inmate in the asylum. "He [Oswald] is never the same from the moment he walks through the door," Wong tells TV Insider.

Strange is additionally featured in a new promo for the second half of the season. "Trouble times," he says in the "chilling" teaser that shows humans in test tubes, possibly as part of his experiments. The video also highlights Mr. Freeze (Nathan Darrow), who was first introduced in the fall finale.
