Porn Star Insisted She Did Not Lie After Dropping Lawsuit Against Josh Duggar
Celebrity

Danica Dillon, who sued the reality show star for sexual assault last year, flipped a bird to those who called her liar.

Josh Duggar is no longer facing a $500,000 sexual assault lawsuit brought up by a porn star named Danica Dillon in November last year. On Friday, February 5, Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, dropped her lawsuit that alleged he roughened her up during their two sexual intercourses.

According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Dillon agreed not to take any further action on her claim that he assaulted her during an allegedly consensual sexual encounter in March. In the papers, she also acknowledged that documents produced by Duggar proved that she lied as part of her settlement. Meanwhile, Duggar agreed to not file the documents proving she lied.

Duggar's attorney initially asked Dillon to pay his legal fees and posted a statement admitting her allegations were false on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Shortly after the dismissal, Dillon tweeted, "Just because something was dropped doesn't mean it was a lie #justsaying #thinkbeforeyoutweet." She also posted a photo of herself flipping a bird to those who called her liar. "To everyone who is calling me a liar. And trying to attack me. Your words are nothing. And...," the caption read.

Duggar remains in a rehabilitation that he checked in to last August after admitting that he had cheated on his wife Anna.
