Thomas Whitaker claims the 34-year-old reality star is not mentally stable enough to take care of their daughter Isabella.

AceShowbiz - Tila Tequila is in custody battle with her baby daddy Thomas Whitaker. According to TMZ, Thomas is seeking for full legal custody of their daughter Isabella. The pair don't have a formal custody arrangement right now.
Thomas claims Tila is not mentally stable enough to take care of her 1-year-old child. He also alleges Tila has delusions of grandeur. The 34-year-old reality star allegedly has delusions of grandeur, believing she's God.
Thomas is asking the court to grant him child support and the rights to change Isabella's last name from Nguyen to Whitaker. He wants Tila to be free from alcohol before and when she is with Isabella and not to talk bad about him. He ultimately wants physical custody of Isabella as he believes his daughter would be safer in his care.
Tila gave birth to Isabella on November 16, 2014. At the time, the Singapore-born model told Us Weekly, "I am so in love with her, She's so perfect and beautiful."
