The 'OITNB' promo teases the arrival of a new inmate, while Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) continues his Presidential campaign in the new 'House of Cards' teaser.

Netflix has dropped the first teaser for "Orange Is the New Black" season 4 and a new promo for "House of Cards" season 4. Not giving out details of the new season, the "OITNB" promo welcomes us back to Litchfield.
The video gives a glimpse of the returning characters such as Piper (Taylor Schilling), Alex (Laura Prepon), Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba), Nicky (Natasha Lyonne) and more. Taystee (Tasha Jefferson) is also seen sitting at an office desk and wearing business clothes.
The video also shows a bus stopping right in front of the prison, which could mean that there will be a new inmate at Litchfield. Blair Brown, who plays a new character named Judy King, hinted that the fourth season could bring some huge changes.
"Because [season 3] ends with the overcrowding in the prison, you do push all the groups together and the alliances that happen are unexpected," she said during Netflix's panel at the Television Critics Association winter press tour. The fourth season is set for premiere on June 17.
Meanwhile, the new teaser for "House of Cards" season 4 continues to include a re-election campaign ad for the central character, Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey). It focuses on a train track, possibly a reference to Barnes' death at the hands of Frank.
As a train races past the track, the scene shows a poster with a slogan that claims Frank's "putting America back on track." The new season of the political drama will be released March 4.
