AceShowbiz - An answer to a question that had been lingering for "Game of Thrones" fans is coming. HBO has officially announced the premiere date for the sixth season of the hit drama series. The show will return Sunday, April 24 at 9/8c.
On the same night, Emmy-winning and Golden Globe-nominated series "Silicon Valley" will return for a third season at 10/9c, followed by the fifth season of Julia Louis-Dreyfus-starring comedy "Veep" at 10:30/9:30c.
The cable network has additionally set a premiere date for new series "Vinyl" from Martin Scorsese, Mick Jagger and Terence Winter. The 1970s-set record label drama will launch Sunday, February 14.
