The 'I Am Cait' star is sued by musician Peter Wolf-Millesi and his family occupying one of the cars involved in the chair-reaction accident.

AceShowbiz - Caitlyn Jenner faces another lawsuit stemming from a fatal car crash early this year. The transgender star caused a chain-reaction accident in February. She crashed into a Lexus driven by Kim Howe, sending it into oncoming traffic. The Lexus was then hit by a Hummer, leading to Howe's death.

The Hummer was occupied by Grammy-nominated musician Peter Wolf-Millesi and his family and now they file a lawsuit against Jenner. "The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering," they said in their legal documents.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the family was injured physically and emotionally. Wolf-Millesi suffered severe nerve damage to his hands that left him unable to work. His mother-in-law was permanently disabled due to a severe cervical fracture while his wife suffered blunt force trauma to various body parts.

Their month-old newborn was also in the car during the accident. The baby was reportedly rushed to the hospital after the crash when it was not responsive at the scene. The infant, thankfully, survived without any injuries as did their older son.

The Wolf-Millesi family sue Jenner for negligent and accuse her of driving recklessly at an unsafe speed. They are seeking unspecified damages. Also filing for lawsuits against Jenner are Howe's family and the driver of a Prius, a second car hit by the reality TV star in the accident.

Despite the multiple lawsuits against Jenner, Los Angeles District Attorney's Office decided not to pursue criminal charges against her. The DA office determined she drove within speed limit and had not acted illegally or "unreasonably."
