After a number of times complaining about her pregnancy body on her personal website, Kim Kardashian is finally planning on doing "massive plastic surgery makeover" following her second labor, Radar Online has reported. The news outlet cited a source as saying, "Kim is going to do a massive plastic surgery makeover after she gives birth this baby."

"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them.... [and] talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll," the source revealed. "She wants to get her boobs done, a tummy tuck and liposuction."

Of why the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wanted to get the surgeries, the supposed source claimed that it's because "she has always been obsessed with her body." The source added, "Her body - that is her business. Her body and her appearance are the driving vehicles behind her livelihood, so she has to get back into shape."

While Kim's mom Kris Jenner reportedly supported her decision, the source explained that her husband Kanye West disapproved. "The surgeries are a hot button for Kanye because he lost his mom during a plastic surgery situation," the source claimed. "There is some sensitivity about the subject for him."

Responding to the plastic surgery report, a rep for the famous family told Gossip Cop that it's completely "false." Kim doesn't have any plan to get plastic surgeries after giving birth to her second baby.
