Kim Kardashian complained again about her pregnancy body. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted on her personal website on Tuesday, November 17 a video showing her detailing her swelling body part.

"Ugh these fat hands, my ring doesn't even fit," Kim said of the diamond engagement ring her husband Kanye West gave her before she complained about her "double chin and these lips." Upset about her pregnancy looks, she said, "I am so tired you guys, I don't know what's wrong with me."

Kim then revealed that her first child North West apparently understood her condition. "I woke up at 4 in the morning you guys because North was like, 'Mommy come sleep with me.' I think she really knows. So [I] went in her room at 4 A.M. and I fell asleep right with her," she said.

The video which was taken in a car featured Kim's sister Kourtney Kardashian and pal Jonathan Cheban. While driving the car, Jonathan made fun of reports that Kim was faking her pregnancy, "That's a pillow in there too," to which the 35-year-old reality TV star replied, "Yeah I wish. I will show you guys." She then showed her baby bump to the camera.

Jonathan then joked, "Don't show them the ankles because people want to see them every day.... Your ankles are so famous, I'm telling you." Kim replied, "I don't think they even want to see the ankles." She then explained about her feet which got bigger. "I have flip flops on and they almost don't fit me... If I could even lift my foot up I would show you guys. They look so ugly," she laughed.

Kim is very open about how she feels during the pregnancy. Earlier this month, she revealed that she gained 52 lbs during her second pregnancy so far. "I'm gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL," she wrote on her personal website. "I'm not sure why I don't like the experience like others do. Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits."
