AceShowbiz - Eagles of Death Metal recalled the terrifying ordeal during Paris attacks at Le Bataclan theatre where they were due to perform. Jesse Hughes and Joshua Homme sat down with Vice in the first interview more than two weeks after the deadly terror that killed many of their fans.
Jesse revealed that gunmen got into their dressing room and killed everyone inside except for one kid who hid under his jacket. "Several people hid in our dressing room and the killers were able to get in and killed every one of them, except for a kid who was hiding under my leather jacket," he said.
The rocker couldn't contain his emotion as he continued, "People were playing dead and they were so scared. A great reason why so many people were killed was because so many people wouldn't leave their friends. So many people put themselves in front of people."
