Seth Meyers is set to welcome a new addition to his family. The "Saturday Night Live" alum and his wife Alexi Ashe are expecting their first child after married for two years. His rep has confirmed the happy news to Us Weekly.

A source tells the site, "Both Seth and Alexi were beaming at last night's Natural History Museum Gala [in NYC]. They are so thrilled to become parents and were so happy to share the exciting news with friends and cast members from 'SNL' last night."

Seth and Alexi, a human rights lawyer, got engaged in July 2013 after dating for five years. They tied the knot on September 1 the same year at a star-studded ceremony on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.

At a Couture Council luncheon in NYC last year, Seth recalled Alexi trying on her wedding dress, "I will never forget the first time she returned from her fitting, because she was happier than I've ever seen her. Which was a little jarring for me, because I had recently proposed to her." He jokingly added, "Turns out getting a ring from me is less exciting than having Carolina Herrera creating your dress."

Seth is currently the host of NBC's "Late Night" show.
